Carmageddon Cookies

Jay’s Catering congratulates JetBlue for taking customer service to a new level during Carmageddon weekend. As an alternative to carpooling, you could have booked a ‘planepool’ between the Valley and the beach for $4 each way, including taxes and fees and to sweeten the deal, JetBlue is giving each flyer one of these custom cookies we baked. Thank you JetBlue for your forward thinking on customer service!!

Happy French Macaron Day!

I could go on and on about this sweet little treat, but will let the pictures do the talking. Bon Appétit!

Bold Colors

Okay, so it’s not the best picture. It was taken with a phone and sent to me. Here is where those cute little cookie cakes landed along with a tall roughly frosted cake with oranges on top.  I love the bold dramatic colors and styling by French Buckets!

Cookie Cakes

As I was sneaking through the bakery yesterday, I saw our Cake Artist Teri creating something new. Sweet little cakes made from shortbread cookies, dressed with vines and a rosette on top. Sorry I didn’t wait for the topper… the final touch was a blackberry. How cute would these be at each place setting? These little gems are heading to Rancho Las Lomas tomorrow. Can’t wait to see pics.
