Here at Jay’s everyday is a celebration. However, someone went all out for Cinco de Mayo this year. I am sure most of you have heard me say how spoiled we are here at Jay’s. Every day a warm lunch is served to all employees. Yes, this is an amazing perk. Well the fifth of May is no exception. A full FIESTA greeted us. If you can imagine the aroma of freshly battered and fried Chile Rellanos (my personal favorite), fresh guacamole, chicken fajitas, sweet tres leches, and flan. AMAZING! Not to mention, who doesn’t love Chips and Salsa, and Hot Tamale centerpieces?

Mustaches were not required. However they were an entertaining addition.

A special thanks goes to Kathy (the newest addition to the Jay’s family) and Eric for planning and decorating. The whole lunch area was transformed for our fiesta. A raffle was held and Lynn won a certificate for one of our fabulous cakes.

Of course our fiesta wouldn’t be complete without a pinata. This was total girl power in action busting the candy filled star open. I managed to squeeze in to grab a Tootsie Roll and some Dots.

Bottom-line… if you haven’t tried our AMAZING Mexican food menu, IT IS A MUST HAVE. Authentic and fresh!
