  • Set up and open the breakfast/lunch line, stock and refill items according to company procedures.

Sales Event Coordinator (Send Resume)

Part-Time Event Chef (Send Resume)

  • Minimum 1 years off-site catering experience.
  • Cook Appetizers.
  • Short Plate Appetizers.
  • Preperation of entrees, dish ups, and salad experience.
  • Weekends a must.

Experienced Event Captain

  • Event Captains are experienced and the finest of event servers. This role leads other servers by coaching, giving direction, and training.
  • They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing including linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.
  • Other duties include general banquet preparations and maintaining a sanitary environment.
  • Requires physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Experience and thorough understanding of event service
  • Requires leadership experience and flexible hours.

 

Bartenders

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong knowledge and Enforcement of ABC laws
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 

Serving Event Staff

  • Banquets/Server experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of set-up and break down of banquet functions a plus.
  • Able to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills a must.
  • Serve Safe /Food Handler Card certified a must.
