Experienced Event Captain
- Event Captains are experienced and the finest of event servers. This role leads other servers by coaching, giving direction, and training.
- They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing including linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.
- Other duties include general banquet preparations and maintaining a sanitary environment.
- Requires physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Experience and thorough understanding of event service
- Requires leadership experience and flexible hours.
Bartenders
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Great Customer Service skills
- Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge and Enforcement of ABC laws
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Serving Event Staff
- Banquets/Server experience preferred.
- Knowledge of set-up and break down of banquet functions a plus.
- Able to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills a must.
- Serve Safe /Food Handler Card certified a must.
