The Modern was beautifully decorated for Christine and Alex’s wedding reception in white orchids, light pink roses and split leaf philodendron giving off a soft tropical vibe. The backdrop to the sweetheart table was a wall full of candles and a golden circular arch with florals and foliage that matched the guest table centerpieces. As guests arrived, they could find their seat on the world map seating chart and enjoy light appetizers before dinner. Sesame Shrimp, Crab Cakes, and Mango Spring Rolls were served with Mango Papaya Salsa, and a Citrus Ginger Soy Sauce. The bridesmaids and groomsmen made their grand entrance followed by the bride and groom who walked straight into their first dance.
Once everyone was seated, friends and family of the newlyweds made toasts and dinner was served. Our delicious offerings for the evening consisted of Korean Bulgogi Beef, Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon Fillet, Pomegranate Chicken, Vegetable Fried Rice, Steamed Seasonal Vegetables, and Flat Noodles with Black Bean Sauce. After dinner, everyone made their way to the dance floor to dance the night away!
