Debbie is a Southern California native and the sister-in-law of our CEO, Linda. She has more than 30 years of event experience, on both the design and planning sides of the industry. As our in-house designer, Debbie specializes in making events beautiful from top to bottom. She executes the client’s desired theme and/or event style with extraordinary precision—no matter how much of a challenge it is. Debbie has a strong passion for event décor and realized that a lot of brides have only a day of planner and need more help in choosing vendors, linens, place settings, etc and since Jay’s is a full service catering company adamant about service, she created Jay’s Complimentary Design Consultations where clients sit with her to work out the décor details of their event. Before Debbie meets with these clients, she asks them to send her their inspiration photos, style, and color scheme to prepare for their one-on-one. She asks them to pick one décor item they must have, and they work together from there to create a cohesive look. Bringing the clients vision to life and helping them enjoy their event is what drives and fulfills Debbie.
