SMS Terms — Jay’s Catering Staff Schedules. Jay’s Catering Staff Schedules is an informational employee text program operated by Mastroianni Family Enterprises Ltd, doing business as Jay’s Catering. It covers weekly work schedules, shift changes and assigned driver routes for enrolled employees. This program does not send marketing or customer catering texts.

Optional enrollment. To join, complete the separate paper enrollment form above, check your chosen consent statement, sign and date it, and return it to your manager. Your manager verifies your identity and number and records your consent privately. Participation is optional. You can receive your schedule from your manager without joining.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your schedule and changes. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Cancel or get help. Reply STOP to any program text to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call Jay’s Catering at 714-636-6045. You may also ask your manager to stop these texts. A new paper form alone does not override a STOP sent to the texting service; any re-enrollment must be confirmed before texts resume.

Keep checking your schedule. Texts are a convenience. Always check the current schedule in your normal scheduling system or with your manager. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies.

Privacy Policy

Information used.This Privacy Policy applies to Jay’s Catering Staff Schedules, operated by Mastroianni Family Enterprises Ltd, doing business as Jay’s Catering. To operate this program, we use your employee identity, mobile number, language preference, consent form reference and consent date/version, relevant schedule or route notices, delivery status, and opt-out and support records.

Purpose and access. We use this information to verify enrollment, send the work notices you requested, provide support, prevent duplicate messages and honor opt-outs. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers needed to operate the program. Signed employee forms are retained privately; the form shown on this page is blank public enrollment information.

No marketing sharing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use service providers such as Twilio solely to operate and deliver this program and honor your choices. This is not a promise that no service provider processes your messages.

Your choices and records. Reply STOP to cancel, or ask your manager to stop the program, correct your number or review your enrollment. A number change requires a new verified association and consent. We retain consent, message and suppression records to operate the program, honor your choices and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
