The Lombardi House was originally built in 1904 as a quaint private residence + is therefore one of the oldest homes in the heart of Hollywood. In the 1930’s, additions were made to the estate. The Lombardi has had a few owners, all of them significant. In the 1940s, Vaudevillians, Philip + Sylvia Lombardi, purchased the home. Both the couple + the house soon became synonymous with true Hollywood glamour, as the Lombardis hosted exclusive, lavish parties filled with music, laughter, + fine dinners.
Since it was created at the very beginning of the 20th century, the Lombardi exemplifies a unique architectural time period by showcasing the aesthetic transition between old + new; it displays both Victorian-style features + a structural modernity that would later typify the region’s popular design. As a 7,000 sq. ft. home, the Lombardi House is an expansive space situated on beautiful, sprawling grounds of gardens + fruit trees. The grounds are completely gated, incepted with a view to total privacy.
While the Lombardi House rents out four elite, completely renovated guest suites to long-term tenants + vacationers alike, it is also available as a special event space year-round. As a venue, the Lombardi simultaneously epitomizes old Tinseltown glamour + authentic Hollywood history.
Great for both large + intimate events, the estate can accommodate up to 250 guests. The original barn on the premises retains its original Victorian-farmhouse aesthetic. However, it has lately been refurbished + now has soaring 35-ft. cathedral ceilings, in addition to gorgeous bright white paint—an ideal wedding reception space that allows you to flawlessly transition from the inside to the outside.
Don’t forget about the meticulously maintained gardens, either, which offer touching rusticity in the center of L.A. + a perfect ceremony location. The combination of the Lombardi’s stunning grounds with its renovated barn centered in the heart of Hollywood is simply striking. In essence, you get the best of both worlds: sophistication + glamour in tandem with local history + the rusticity of being surrounded by nature.
The Lombardi House uniquely offers multi-day packages with an all-inclusive floor plan for extended events, such as corporate weekends + family reunions. Imagine a weekend wedding, with plenty of space for your entire wedding party to stay for a few days of fun + relaxation. Of course, this venue is procurable for any single-day special occasion, as well; including: weddings, cocktail parties, birthdays, anniversary parties, picnics, and any other special event you may have in mind.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
