2019 Celebrate Recovery

Each year we have the honor of cooking up fresh breakfast and lunch for our friends at Saddleback for their 3-day Celebrate Recovery Summit. Being a large catering company, we can utilize our huge commercial kitchen and amazing staff to cook, assemble, and serve up to 3,500 people attending this summit. Below is a breakdown of the daily breakfast buffet and boxed lunches we provided along with our favorite part of the 3-day event; the last day BBQ dinner. DAY 1:

BREAKFAST – Orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coconut pineapple muffins, mini bagels with cream cheese, gluten free blueberry scones and apples

BOXED LUNCH – BBQ chicken wrap in a whole wheat tortilla, fresh fruit cup, and triple berry dessert bar

VEGETARIAN BOXED LUNCH - Grilled vegetables with hummus and pita bread with a triple berry dessert bar

GLUTEN FREE BOXED LUNCH - BBQ chopped chicken salad with a fresh fruit cup

MID-DAY BREAK – Assorted old fashioned cookies and gluten free chocolate chip cookies

AFTERNOON BREAK – Assortment of individual bags of pretzels, Cheezits, chips and trail mix

DAY 2:

BREAKFAST - Orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, Gina’s apricot oatmeal bar, mini bagels with cream cheese, gluten free caramelized pineapple coconut bars, and apples

BOXED LUNCHES – Italian sandwich on a hoagie roll, panini pasta salad, apple dessert bar

VEGETARIAN BOXED LUNCH - Orzo pasta salad, fresh fruit cup, and apple dessert bar

GLUTEN FREE BOXED LUNCH - Cob salad and fresh fruit cup

AFTERNOON SNACK – Assorted old fashioned cookies and gluten free chocolate chip cookies

DAY 3:

BREAKFAST - Orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, blueberry muffins, mini bagels with cream cheese, gluten free cinnamon apple scone, and apples

BOXED LUNCHES – Roast beef sandwich on multigrain bun, potato salad, and lemon dessert bar

VEGETARIAN BOXED LUNCH - Grilled vegetarian sandwich on ciabatta, fresh fruit cup, and lemon dessert bar

GLUTEN FREE BOXED LUNCH - Chinese chicken salad and fresh fruit cup

BBQ DINNER – Hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, and potato salad
