A Dark Romance at Hangar 21 South

TKay and Ryan had the most epic wedding anniversary at Hangar 21 South. Dark romance and goth vibes inspired the décor for their special day from the guests’ black attire to the deep red and purple roses decorating arches, tabletops and the dance floor. Tkay wore a gorgeous white lace dress with button back detailing and gold studded Louboutins while her bridesmaids wore all black, mermaid style dresses and had matching “girl gang” black leather jackets. Ryan was dressed in a black coat with white lapel, joggers and studded Oxford Louboutins. The two met under a triangular arch where they exchanged loving words surrounded by friends and family before heading into cocktail hour where Vegan Grilled Polenta with Roasted Sweet Corn and Braised Pork Belly Steamed Buns were served. TKay and Ryan were on the tarmac taking pictures with each other and their wedding party before heading back into the venue for toasts and dinner. The couple opted for our Stations Menu. A Slider Station with Smoked Beef Brisket Sliders and Impossible Vegan Sliders, Salad Station with Vegan Pear & Walnut Salad and Caesar Salad, and Pasta Station with Vegan Penne Alla Checca and Tortellini with Creamy Pesto were located around the inside of Hangar 21 South and decorated in dark florals and black signs to match the theme. TKay and Ryan’s sweetheart table was draped in black linen and surrounded by pampas grass and dark shades of roses. Two Victorian balloon chairs sat behind the table and above them was a neon sign that read, “’Til Death.” The cake was cut and guests enjoyed our Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Elanor's Old Fashioned Carrot Cupcakes, S'mores Cupcakes and assorted French Macarons. Then everyone hit the dance floor that had deep red and white roses hanging over it. Not one detail was left unthought of for their anniversary and we’re swooning over the outcome.
