A Golden Taste of Jay's at The Estate on Second

The doors to The Estate opened promptly at 5pm for our Taste of Jay’s event. Future brides and grooms arrived with smiling faces and empty stomachs ready to try a large assortment of menu options we have to offer. Inside, beautiful gold accents, pink and white florals, and upbeat music filled the venue. Some of the food options for the evening consisted of our filet mignon carvery, street taco station with fresh, handmade tortillas, poke station, gourmet melt bar with caprese melts and blackberry, jalapeno, bacon and brie melts, tray passed mini beef wellingtons with bearnaise sauce, fig and mascarpone tarts, crab cakes with mango papaya salsa, a delicious dessert station with assorted French macarons, raspberry chocolate decadence, and mini carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting to name a few items. Our famous kouign amann dessert station had a line the entire night because it’s that good. Here, invitees were able to try this light, buttery pastry with crème brulee filling and get it torched onsite. Guests were free to peruse each station and muddle their own cocktail at our scratch bar throughout the evening.
