The Casino San Clemente was beautifully decorated from the ceremony space to the chairs in rich, green garland. Pre-ceremony champagne and fruit was set out for guests to graze upon before being seated for Greg and Sheerin’s wedding. Greg was dressed in a kilt and Sheerin, in a gorgeous lace dress. The two met each other at the head of the aisle where they stood next to their closest friends. A traditional handfasting ceremony took place where Greg and Sheerin bound their hands together with rope and vows were exchanged.
After the ceremony guests were invited to enjoy cocktail hour where we were serving up Saffron Tomato & Roasted Peach Confit on Sliced Ciabatta and Fig, Goat Cheese & Mascarpone Tarts with Pomegranate Sauce. As guests mixed and mingled, the wedding party snuck off to take pictures. Upon the return of the newlyweds, dinner commenced. The evenings options consisted of Pear and Walnut Salad, Traditional Meat Lasagna, Grilled Chicken Kabobs, Corsica Pasta, and Basmati Rice with Currants and Toasted Pine Nuts. Toasts and memories were made to end the evening.
