An Olive Grove Wedding Ceremony at Grand Gimeno

Brandon and Jin got ready inside the Powder Room and Parlor at Grand Gimeno, then met inside the Foyer for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Brandon around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. Smiles immediately filled their faces and the couple shared handwritten vows during the intimate moment. After a few smiles for the camera, Jin and Brandon lined up for their ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat under the olive trees. At the head of the aisle, whimsical greenery and flowers framed in the fountain as the ceremony backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, and glowing from the sunlight, Jin and Brandon recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

With the aroma of delicious pizza filling the air, guests lined up for freshly cut and served Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizzas while the bar poured beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Mojito and Paloma. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Mini Turkey and Ham Palm Sandwiches made their rounds between tables for additional cocktail hour bites. Guests mixed and mingled while the newlyweds posed for photos together as husband and wife, and just as the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with floral centerpieces and fresh fruit details. Brandon and Jin made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Texas Style Beef Brisket, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Warm Skillet Corn Bread, and Caesar Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, the couple cut into their personal-sized cake and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their best wishes with Jin and Brandon.
