Black and White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Sabrina and her bridesmaids got ready inside the Powder Room at Grand Gimeno while Christian and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. Bubbly was popped, tracks were spun, and good times were had before the bride and groom headed out to the Olive Grove for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Christian around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. Sweet compliments were shared along with handwritten vows, then the two joined their wedding party for group photos in the front courtyard. Everyone was dressed in black except Sabrina who wore white. Together the group smiled and posed for the camera creating lasting memories before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Black ribbons were tied in bows along the aisle chairs and white pillars topped with white floral arrangements decorated the ceremony space. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Christian and Sabrina recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The smell of Wood-Fired Classic Pepperoni and Neapolitan Pizzas filled the air as guests lined up for a slice during cocktail hour. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Gloria’s Caramelized Bacon Wrapped Mini Franks made their rounds while the bar served up Espresso Martini and Spicy Margarita signature drinks. Everyone mixed and mingled while posing for selfies with the newlyweds until it was time to head inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with white floral arrangements and black napkins to contrast. Christian and Sabrina made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and guests filled their plates with BBQ Boneless Chicken, Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Au Gratin Potatoes, Warm Skillet Corn Bread, and Caesar Salad. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their red velvet and marble wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Strawberry Shortcakes, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves while Sabrina played DJ.
