Blush and Blue Details for A Fall Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Cindy and Stephen got ready for their big day inside the Parlor and Powder Room at Grand Gimeno, then met in the outdoor Courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Stephen around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a strapless wedding dress, and smiles filled both their faces. During the intimate moment alone, the couple read handwritten vows to one another, fully enjoying the time they shared before heading into the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, left the bride and groom a voicemail at their audio guest book, then took a seat. Blush-toned and white flowers lined the aisle and were arranged atop pillars at the head. Once everyone was seated, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Stephen and Cindy recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Sticky Pork Belly Bites, and Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta were tray passed around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour while the bar served up Pandan Old Fashioned and Passion Fruit Margarita signature drinks. Guests mixed and mingled amongst each other and with the newlyweds before heading inside to enjoy a candlelit dinner.

Inside, tables were topped with blue candlesticks, travertine table numbers, blush floral centerpieces, and printed menus. Cindy and Stephen made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Pear and Walnut Salad was served first followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Grilled Asparagus, Gourmet Mashed Potatoes, and Fresh Baked Rosemary Focaccia. Champagne was popped and toasts were shared, then everyone hit the dance floor. The evening ended with lots of dancing, many photos taken to commemorate the night, and plenty of well wishes shared with the newlyweds.
