Blush & Beige Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Tiffany and her bridal party popped champagne and got ready in the Powder Room at Grand Gimeno while Johnny and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. With hair and makeup complete, Tiffany slipped into her lacey wedding dress and revealed her full look to the girls. Gasps were shared all around and compliments showered the bride as she opened the door to her bridesmaids. The bridal party helped Tiffany make any final adjustments then sent her off for her first look in the Foyer. Huddled around the suite doors, the bridesmaids and groomsmen watched as Tiffany approached Johnny and reached out to tap his shoulder. As soon as Johnny turned around, smiles filled both their faces. Sentimental words were exchanged, then the two were joined by their wedding party for group pictures before ceremony.

Guests arrived in the Olive Grove and took a seat facing the head of the aisle where two large floral installations decorated the ceremony space and a table with unity tree was placed. Once everyone was seated, Johnny made his entrance followed by the wedding party and ending with Tiffany. In front of their closest family and friends, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a sweet kiss. Everyone threw flower petals and cheered as the newlyweds exited the ceremony into cocktail hour.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed while the bar was shaking up the newlywed’s signature cocktails, a Hawaiian Mule and Old Fashioned. Tables were topped with bud vases and guests mixed and mingled while Johnny and Tiffany were away taking photos together. As cocktail hour came to a close, guests were invited inside for dinner. Everyone huddled around the seating chart to find their assigned tables, then headed inside.

Gray linens topped tables and floral centerpieces added a pop of color to the reception space. Each place setting had a printed menu, name card, silver flatware, water goblet, knotted napkin, and of course, our Famous Cheese Rolls. As soon as everyone had found their seat, Tiffany and Johnny made their grand entrance into their first dance. Guests cheered as the couple ended their dance with a dip and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were made and cups clinked in the air to celebrate the newlyweds, then dinner was served. First, Tangerine Pecan Salad, then a dual entrée of Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Roasted Broccolini and Dauphinoise Potatoes. The delicious menu had everyone raving about the food which was selected by the bride and groom during their planning process with our Event Specialist, Brianna. Afterwards, Tiffany and Johnny cut into their two-tiered marble cake with cream cheese filling and invited guests to enjoy a little dessert. After indulging in something sweet, everyone headed to the dance floor. The evening ended with friends and family surrounding the bride and groom as they showed off their best moves.
