Boho Grand Gimeno Wedding

Danielle and Josh met in Grand Gimeno’s Olive Grove for their first look on the morning of their wedding. A tap on the shoulder signaled Josh to turn around, and standing before him was his beautiful bride dressed in a white lace gown. Smiles filled both their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. After a few photos together, the couple joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group pictures. The bridesmaids were dressed in rust-colored dresses and the groomsmen wore black suits. Together, laughs were shared and memories were made before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests signed Josh and Danielle’s guest book and took a seat in the Olive Grove. Rust, light pink and white flowers decorated the front and back of the aisle and boho chandeliers hung from the trees. Once everyone had arrived, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Danielle. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Wood-fired pizzas were served fresh from the oven while Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas and Shrimp Ceviche hors d’oeuvres were tray passed around the outdoor space. Dirty Martini and Spicy Skinny Margarita signature drinks had guests lining up at the bar for cocktail hour. The newlyweds mixed and mingled with their guests until the sun began setting. At the end of cocktail hour, everyone grabbed a glass of champagne and headed inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with candles, greenery, vintage goblets, and printed menus. Once everyone was seated, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Fajitas, Barbacoa Shredded Beef, Cheese Enchiladas, Refried Beans, and Mexican Caesar Salad were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. While guests enjoyed dinner, family and friends stood to share toasts. Glasses clinked in the air after the last speech ended, then Josh and Danielle cut into their marble wedding cake. After sharing a bite, the couple invited their guests to indulge in a slice themselves. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor and lots of shared well wishes for the bride and groom.
