A wedding party champagne toast kicked off Joann and Andrew’s reception at Hangar 21 North. String lights hung projecting an ambient golden glow while refined, chic decor mixed harmoniously with the industrial space. Ferns, white roses, and eucalyptus arrangements made for elegant centerpieces, but the piece de le resistance was the sweetheart table beautifully draped in greenery and decorated in an assortment of candles.
Tasty Thai chicken spring rolls, caprese skewers with pesto and basil, and fig, goat cheese and mascarpone tarts were tray passed as hungry guests made their way into the hangar. For anyone looking to wet their whistle, our bartenders were there to whip up old fashioned and greyhound craft cocktails.
After cocktail hour, the dinner buffet opened promptly with a filet mignon carvery, garlic mashed potatoes, tortellini with creamy pesto, buttered seasonal veggies, and pear and walnut salad. With full bellies and full hearts, the bride and groom along with their guests danced the night away.
