Corporate Party at The Executive Hangar

After concluding a conference in Anaheim, 800 employees made their way over to The Executive Hangar to celebrate. Shuttles dropped off groups of teammates directly in front of the venue on the tarmac and as they went into the hangar, they were greeted with either red or white pre-poured wine at a huge bar in the center of the room. Multiple lounge spaces were set up inside and outside for those who preferred to take a seat. Tray passed hors d’oeuvres began making their rounds including Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas, Crab Cakes, Shrimp Mascarpone, Coconut Crusted Shrimp, and Fig, Goat Cheese & Mascarpone Tarts. A Charcuterie, Crudite and European Cheese Wedge Station was also set up. For dinner, a buffet of Apple Walnut Salad, Assorted Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls, Zucchini Lime Chicken, Tortellini & Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Tofu Picatta and Brown Rice filled everyone’s plates. The party continued into the night and ended with an assortment of delicious desserts. Small Old Fashioned Cookie Assortments, Gourmet Brownies, Assorted Cheesecake Bites, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies and Mini Crème Brulees were devoured before everyone cleared out.
