Dancing the Night Away at The Estate on Second

Kara put the finishing touches on her bridal look in The Attic at The Estate on Second while Peter anxiously waited for their closed-eyed ‘first look.’ The two met in the sun-drenched room back to back with eyes closed where they shared loving words before walking down the aisle. Guests arrived and found their seats as the wedding party walked out and found their spots. Kara walked down the aisle and met Peter at the altar where a wooden arch with greenery acted as a backdrop to their vows. “I dos” were exchanged and their ceremony was sealed with a sweet kiss and cheers from their guests.

Cocktail hour began with Thai Chicken Spring Rolls with Thai Peanut Sauce and Brioche Boxes with Balsamic Fig Glaze. Guests were free to sip on wine and beer from the bar while Kara and Peter were off taking adorable photos together as husband and wife around the venue. Meanwhile, inside the Crystal Ballroom was flipped for the reception portion of the evening. Tables were decorated in eucalyptus leaves and candles. The ceremony arch was used at the backdrop for the sweetheart table and more eucalyptus leaves and a few white roses decorated the table.

After cocktail hour everyone came inside for dinner. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto Sauce, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes with Parmesan and Panko Breadcrumbs and Green Beans with Sautéed Bacon, Shallots and Fresh Dill were served hot from the dinner buffet. Toasts were given and dinner was enjoyed before the dancing began. In-between all the dancing Peter changed into a blue, sequin blazer and brought that electric blue energy to the dance floor. The bouquet toss and garter toss were done before Kara and Peter cut into their donut cake. The night ended in fun dance moves and lots of fun.
