Dreamy White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Mandy and Michael met in the Courtyard at Grand Gimeno for their first look as their wedding party watched from the suite windows. A tap on the shoulder turned Michael around to see his beautiful bride standing in front of him dressed in an off-the-shoulder wedding gown and holding a bouquet of white flowers. Smiles immediately filled their faces and compliments were exchanged, then the couple participated in a traditional tea ceremony and lined up for the outdoor ceremony afterwards.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. White floral arrangements lined the aisle and were arranged atop acrylic pillars at the head. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Mandy and Michael read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed around the Olive Grove while the bar served up Moscow Mule and Whiskey Sour signature drinks for cocktail hour. After lots of mixing and mingling, everyone headed inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with white floral centerpieces, frosted candles, and printed menus. Michael and Mandy made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Sonoma, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Roasted Golden Beet Salad was served while toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, the couple cut into their cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with the newlyweds.
