Elegant Black Tie Wedding at Serra Plaza

Mallory was dressed in a pure white trumpet style dress with long, flowing veil when she met Bobby for their first look. Bobby wore a deep navy tuxedo and was all smiles when he turned to see his beautiful bride standing before him. The two posed for some pre-ceremony photos and then met up with their groomsmen and bridesmaids for group shots. The groomsmen wore black suits with navy ties and the bridesmaids wore navy maxi dresses in different necklines and silhouettes. Meanwhile, guests were arriving to Serra Plaza and taking their seats for the wedding. White orchids, roses, anthurium and lush green palm leaves decorated the elegant ceremony space while sparkling crystal chandeliers hung above everyone providing a romantic ambiance. The wedding party walked out and took their spots and then Mallory walked down the aisle to her groom. The two exchanged loving vows before being pronounced husband and wife. When the ceremony concluded, the newlyweds took off with the photographer for some romantics while guests were invited to enjoy cocktail hour. Crab Cakes with mango papaya salsa and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts were being tray passed and our Melt Station was open and grilling up delicious Blackberry, Brie, Bacon and Jalapeno Melts and Quattro Formaggi Melts for hungry guests. Upon Mallory and Bobby’s return, our plated dinner service began first with Caesar Salad and then with entrees of the guests picking: Chicken Sonoma or Cabernet Braised Short Ribs. Two sides were available for guests to choose from as well: Oven Roasted Rainbow Fingerling Potatoes or Haricot Verte. After dinner, the dance floor lit up with energy and the bar was pouring the couples signature cocktails: A Skinny Margarita and Dirty Martini. A lemon cake with lemon crème filling and French buttercream icing was cut and enjoyed before everyone went back to dancing the evening away.
