Encanto Themed 5th Birthday Party at Grand Gimeno

We don’t talk about Bruno, but we will talk about how beautiful this Encanto themed birthday party at Grand Gimeno was! From a balloon-filled Courtyard to balloons spelling out the birthday girl’s name in the Olive Grove, colorful balloons decorated every space in and out of the venue, and that’s just the start. Soft play rides, a massive bounce house with slides, and huge ball pit filled the main room. A pink lounge space offered a place for parents to kick back while their children played, and a purple and yellow freestanding install offered the perfect backdrop for Aria’s 4-tiered birthday cake. In the Foyer, kid tables and chairs were spread around the room and a mochila bag embroidery and build a bear station were set up for the kids. Outside in the Olive Grove, tables were topped with lavender linens and decorated with fresh flowers and a matching dance floor marked the middle of the event space. A glitter face painting station and paint your own succulent pot station were set up for more activities. Between all the stations, tables, and activities, Encanto character décor could be seen scattered about. As soon as everything was set, guests began arriving through the rainbow of balloons in the Courtyard.

A tall butterfly greeted everyone at the gate and ushered guests through the balloon tunnel and into the venue where they were met with live music and the smell of wood-fired pizzas. For the adults, the bar was serving up wine, beer, and signature drinks including a Margarita and Paloma. Of course, the kids headed straight for the indoor ball pit and rides. Mirabel and Isabela made a surprise appearance and read stories to the kids while the adults enjoyed their drinks paired with Neapolitan, Meat Lovers, and Alfredo Bianca Pizzas and our Tuscan Bruschetta Bar outside. When it was time for the kids to eat, they all sat at the kid table and enjoyed Chicken Breast Tenders, Macaroni and Cheese, and Fresh Fruit. The adult and kids’ menu assortments were chosen by the birthday girl’s mom with help from our Event Specialist, Sierra. The birthday party ended with each kid taking turns batting the pinata, singing to the birthday girl, and enjoying ice cream and cake before heading home.
