Estate Turned Rose Garden

The Estate on Second was transformed into a beautiful rose garden of sorts with green foliage and light pink roses decorating Soo Oh and Christina’s ceremony space and tablescapes. While Christina was getting ready in The Attic with her bridesmaids, Soo Oh was hanging with his groomsmen before meeting his beautiful bride at the altar. Christina’s bridesmaids were dressed in blush gowns perfectly matching the delicate roses used to decorate the venue. Soo Oh and Christina met down the aisle as their wedding ceremony commenced. Lovely vows were exchanged, and guests stood up in delight as they sealed things with a kiss.

For cocktail hour, guests were invited to indulge in tray passed hors d’oeuvres like Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons with Bearnaise Sauce and a European and Domestic Cheese Wedge Tray. Cocktails were sipped on and snacks were munched on while guests waited for the bridal party to return from taking pictures. Upon their arrival back at The Estate, dinner was served. Grilled Marinated Vegetables, Arugula, Pear and Asiago Salad, Santorini Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes and Dinner Rolls were available for guests to sink their teeth into while toasts were being made.

The newlyweds ended the night on a sweet note with their cake cutting. Their 3-tier wedding cake had 2 different flavors: The top 2 tiers were Red Velvet and the bottom tier was Carrot. The whole cake had Cream Cheese Filling and French Buttercream Icing and since there were two flavors to choose from, every guest could choose their favorite. In case cake wasn’t enough, Cookie and Milk Shots were served so guests left satisfied.
