Fall Wedding at Serra Plaza

Paulina and Xavier met in the Courtyard at Serra Plaza for their first look on the day of their wedding. A tap of the shoulder turned Xavier around to see his beautiful wife standing before him, drawing a tear from his eye. The bride and groom exchanged sweet compliments, then joined their wedding party for group photos. Each bridesmaid wore a sage-colored dress, and the groomsmen wore beige suits ensuring the bride and groom stood out from the bunch. Together, core memories were made and documented on film and everyone lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Courtyard, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, and were serenaded to their seats. White flower petals filled the aisle and the Spanish fountain was decorated in white and terracotta flowers. As soon as everyone was in attendance, Xavier led the processional down the aisle ending with Paulina. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a sweet kiss as guests cheered from the sidelines.

Cocktail hour was held in the Lounge where live music continued to keep the party going. Sesame Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls and Sticky Pork Belly Bites were tray passed and the bar was serving up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Mojito and Manhattan Martini. Paulina and Xavier joined their guests for cocktail hour mixing, mingling, and dancing, then it was time for reception.

Tables were topped with floral-filled bud vases and each seat was marked with a laser cut name card. Guests took a seat and watched as the wedding party made their grand entrances. The bride and groom shared their first dance and took a seat at their sweetheart table just in time for dinner and toasts. A Bao Bar Station with Korean Bulgogi Beef, Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice, Far East Wok Long Beans, and Vermicelli Noodle Salad was on the menu selected by the bride and groom with help from our sales director, Hannah. While everyone enjoyed their meal, family and friends stood to share toasts. Glasses clinked in the air when the last speech concluded, then the bride and groom invited everyone to indulge in our Kouign Amann Dessert Station and hit the dance floor. The remainder of the night was spent posing at the photo booth, snacking on dessert, and celebrating the newlyweds out on the dance floor.
