Fall Wedding at Serra Plaza Featured on Inspired by This

Modanoon and Trevor met at Mission San Juan Capistrano for their first look and photos with friends before heading over to Serra Plaza for their ceremony. Full of excitement and love, the bride and groom and their bridesmaids and groomsmen lined up for ceremony as guests arrived in the beautifully decorated Courtyard. Brown, peach, and white flowers lined the aisle and were arranged on the Spanish Fountain and sparkling chandeliers hung above. Once everyone was seated, music filled the Courtyard, and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Modanoon and Trevor read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Inside the Lounge, Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Beef Picadillo Empanadas, and Crab Cakes were tray passed while Sex on the Beach and Paloma signature cocktails were served. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds snuck away for photos together as husband and wife. Upon their return, it was time for reception.

Back in the Courtyard, tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, candles, and gold details. Modanoon and Trevor made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. First, Ensalada Las Mesas was served, then Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Grilled Halibut with Heirloom Carrots and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Kristy. While everyone enjoyed dinner, family and friends stood to share toasts. Afterwards, a two-tiered red velvet and carrot wedding cake was cut and served for dessert along with our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with a late night snack and everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
