Light Pink and White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Lauren and her bridesmaids and Kevin and his groomsmen got ready in their suites and opened gifts before sending off the couple for their first look. Kevin and Laure met outside Grand Gimeno while their wedding party peeked out the windows to catch a glimpse of their grand reveal. A tap on the shoulder turned Kevin around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. Smiles filled their faces and sweet compliments were shared, then their bridesmaids and groomsmen joined them for group photos. The bridesmaids were dressed in pink and the groomsmen wore black. Everyone smiled for the camera creating lasting memories, and once guests began arriving, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Tall floral pillars marked the front of the ceremony and matching floral arrangements lined the aisle. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Lauren. In front of all their family and friends, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Wood-Fired Pizzas were hot and ready to serve right when cocktail hour started, and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed to hungry guests. Paloma and Tokyo Tea signature drinks paired perfectly with the hors d’oeuvres. Guests mixed and mingled while the newlyweds wandered around the Orange Circle posing for photos together as husband and wife, and upon their return, it was time for reception.

Inside, tables were topped with candles and floral centerpieces. Lauren and Kevin made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their floral-filled sweetheart table. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Green Beans, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served, and toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, everyone engaged in fun games and grabbed some dessert from our Taste of Asia Station with a collection of Yuzu Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
