Modern Italian Countryside Wedding at Forme Los Angeles

When modern meets the Italian countryside, we’d like to believe it looks a lot like this styled shoot put together by California Wedding Day and top Los Angeles vendors including Nicole Alexandra Designs, Mirabel Floral Designs, La Tavola Fine Linen, Jenny Quicksall Photography, Theoni Collection, Papillon Rentals, Honeycrisp Designs, and of course, Forme. An array of bright floral compositions mixed with vibrant Italian pottery created a rustic Italian, contemporary Californian fusion inside our beautiful venue that was featured in the latest California Wedding Day Spring/Summer 2020 magazine on page 90. Aperol Spritz and Limoncello cocktails sat atop the bar in delicate glassware along with fresh fruits and grissini. Next to the bar, a table draped in refreshingly white linen was decorated in front of our modern statement wall. Terra-cotta pots filled with orange, red, fuchsia and yellow flowers ran down the center of the table while orange candlesticks stood tall next to gold flatware and beautifully painted plates. The design continued outside where a ceremony turned lounge set up was placed along our white walls. For the ceremony, bougainvillea intertwined with a gold backdrop made a lasting impression while a light beige and blue rug took a play on traditional blue and yellow Amalfi pieces. The lounge transformation still utilized the golden backdrop but added in the traditional golden yellow and blue colors with a sofa and accent chair. Tying the whole shoot together was a romantic invitation suite and menus that incorporated patterns found on the floral plates and blue pottery.

Thank you to all the amazing vendors who transformed our Los Angeles venue into a little slice of the Italian countryside for the day.
