Modern Pink Hangar 21 South Wedding Reception

Melissa and Trevor tied the knot in a stunning ceremony over at Hangar 21 North before heading over to Hangar 21 South to continue the celebration, cocktail hour and reception. The hangar was decked out in pink and black fabrics, beautiful floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling, a large black custom dance floor with their names on it and multiple furnished lounge areas. Guests were greeted with live music and cocktails or mocktails. Melissa and Trevor had signature mocktails like Virgin Mojitos, Virgin Mules and Shirley Temples for friends and family to enjoy along with beer and wine. Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons with Bearnaise Sauce, Crab Cakes with Mango Papaya Salsa and Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta with Ricotta Cheese on Olive Baguette slices were tray passed to hungry guests while everyone waited for Melissa and Trevor to make their grand entrance. Once guests could hear the helicopter fly in, they looked to the tarmac to see the newlyweds step out and walk into their first dance inside the hangar. The tables were set for dinner with black glassware, rose gold and black flatware, white plates and candles and white and pink floral centerpieces. Menus sat atop each plate that detailed the food options for the evening. Melissa and Trevor selected items from our Stations Menu so their guests could get up from their seats casually and walk from station to station to decide what they wanted for dinner. A Salad Station was set up and serving our Caesar Salad and Pear & Walnut Salad. Other stations included our Street Taco Station with Grilled Pollo Asado and Al Pastor Tacos, Melt Bar with Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese and Caprese Melts, Slider Station with Kalua Pulled Pork and Italian Meatball Sliders and a Pasta Station with Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano and Tortellini with Creamy Pesto. You could say the options were endless. After dinner guests took their moves to the dance floor, snapped photos in the photo booth bus and snacked on warm chocolate chip Cookies and Milk Shots.
