Moody Plum and Green Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Becca and Austin shared their first look in the Olive Grove on the morning of their wedding at Grand Gimeno. Smiles immediately filled both their faces as Becca approached Austin in a white, A-line wedding dress. The couple shared sweet compliments and read personalized vows to one another in an intimate moment away from their wedding party. Smiling for the camera, the bride and groom posed together for a few romantics and with their bridesmaids and groomsmen before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. A ground floral install in plum, white, and green marked where Becca and Austin would soon be standing. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Austin and Becca recited vows, broke bread, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Caprese Skewers, and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts made their rounds around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour while the bar served G&T and Lychee Mojito signature drinks. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds snuck away for photos together as husband and wife. Upon their return, everyone headed inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with grapes and pears, ikebana floral arrangements and flickering candles. Becca and Austin made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served while toasts began followed by the main course of Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, Becca and Austin cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sharing their well wishes with Austin and Becca.
