Mossy Green Wedding at Hangar 21 South

Catherine tapped Roy’s shoulder for their first look just outside of Hangar 21 South on the afternoon of their wedding. Roy turned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a silky white wedding dress holding a bouquet of fresh flowers. The two immediately smiled and shared sweet compliments, then joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen on the tarmac. The bridesmaids were dressed in brown dresses, and the groomsmen were suited up in tan. Together the group smiled for the camera creating lasting memories before lining up for the wedding ceremony.

Guests entered the side patio, signed the couple’s guest book, then took a seat. Mossy greenery mingled with white, terracotta, and mauve florals on the stage. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Catherine. Together in front of all their family and friends, the bride and groom recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Glazed Pear and Goat Cheese Tarts were tray passed around the tarmac while the bar served up Old Fashioned and Classic Margarita signature cocktails. Guests mixed and mingled, and the newlyweds took off on their flight over Orange County. Upon their return, it was time for the reception.

Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, white candles, and pops of black. Roy and Catherine made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Santorini Chicken, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served while guests shared toasts. After dinner, a tea ceremony was shared, the 2-tiered wedding cake was cut, and guests were invited to indulge in a sweet treat for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
