Nicole and Travis said ‘I Do’ on September 16th, and we were lucky enough to be a part of it! Following a gorgeous ceremony at a local church, the bride and groom celebrated with their friends and family at The Estate on Second.
The evening started with tray passed hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails (Moscow Mules and Mojitos) and our all-time favorite: a Taco Station with Pollo Asado and Al Pastor! The party continued with a plated dinner of Chicken Florentine, Agave Glazed Salmon, and Colorado Prime Beef with Pepper Corn Au Jus. Last but not least, the guests enjoyed our All-American Dessert station featuring mini Rocky Road Cupcakes, S’more Pops, and Mixed Berry Crostatas. And of course, we can’t forget the cake! It was a beautiful two-tier Naked Cake with Raspberry Crème Filling.
