OC Polo Club Wedding in Scenic Silverado Canyon

Guests arrived to a champagne welcome delivered by pony at the Orange County Polo Club for Malia and Evan’s wedding in Silverado Canyon. With the mountains in the distance, everyone took a seat outside in front of the stables. White florals and a wooden cross marked the head of the aisle where the bride and groom would soon be standing, and horses poked their heads out of their stalls to get a look at the action. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Malia. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, Malia and Evan recited their vows, broke bread, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Mini Corn Dogs were tray passed around the polo field while the bar inside the clubhouse served up signature Skinny Margarita and Transfusion cocktails. Guests watched a live polo match as they mixed, mingled, and cheered from the sidelines. While everyone enjoyed the fun, the newlyweds posed for golden hour romantics with the beautiful canyon as their backdrop. As the sun began to set behind the horizon, everyone headed into the clubhouse for the reception.

Tables draped in white linen were topped with white and green floral centerpieces and printed table numbers. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. BBQ Boneless Chicken, Tri-Tip Carvery, Macaroni and Cheese, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, and Caesar Salad were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Savannah. After dinner and toasts, the couple cut into our white wedding cake with dot design and invited their guests to indulge in our All American Dessert Station with a collection of gourmet rice krispy treats, strawberry shortcakes, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, mini apple crisps, and banana cream pie shots. At the end of the celebration, everyone made their way to the dance floor. Guests shared dances with the bride and groom, posed for selfies, and made sure to share their well wishes before heading home.
