Outdoor Wedding at Grand Gimeno with Mauve Floral Details

Gabriel and Crystal shared their first look inside Grand Gimeno’s Foyer, posed for wedding party photos in the Olive Grove, then lined up for their outdoor wedding ceremony. Guests arrived, dropped off their gifts at the welcome table where they signed the bride and groom’s guest book, and took a seat. Mauve floral arrangements marked the back of the aisle and were arranged under the olive trees to frame in the couple during the ceremony. Music filled the air and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Crystal. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Crystal and Gabriel read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The smell of fresh pizza led guests to the pizza station where Neapolitan and Alfredo Bianca wood-fired pizzas were cut and served fresh from the oven. Tray passed Poloté and Crab Cakes made their rounds and Old Fashioned and Transfusion signature drinks were served at the bar. Everyone mixed and mingled until it was time to head inside for the dinner reception.

Mauve, light pink, and rosy-colored floral arrangements topped each table as centerpieces and custom printed menus sat at each place setting. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Roasted Atlantic Salmon, Roasted Broccolini, Grilled Panzanella Salad, and Parmesan Polenta were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Emily. After dinner Gabriel and Crystal cut into their personal wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Safe Cua da Cream Puffs, and Golden Milk Flan. The evening ended with a bouquet toss, garter toss, and everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
