Peach and Blue Serra Plaza Wedding
Thu and Byron shared their first look in the Serra Plaza Courtyard, posed for photos together, then lined up for their ceremony as guests began arriving. Light blue, peach, and white flowers decorated the Spanish fountain backdrop and a sparkling chandelier hung above. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Byron and Thu recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Thai Lemongrass Meatballs and Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls were tray passed around the Lounge and a Braised Pork Belly Bao station offered guests even more hors d’oeuvres to snack on. To wash it down, the bar served up Paloma and Moscow Mule signature cocktails. Everyone mixed and mingled with the bride and groom until it was time to head back outside for the reception.
Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces and frosted acrylic tabled numbers. Byron and Thu made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs, Honey & Ginger Glazed Salmon, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Broccolini Spears, and Asian Cucumber Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the newlyweds invited everyone to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
