Peach, Lilac, and Green Wedding at Grand Gimeno
Carol and Brian met outside in the Grand Gimeno Courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Brian around to see his beautiful bride standing before him dressed in a flowing, strapless wedding dress, and smiles immediately filled their faces. As the wedding party watched from the sidelines, Brian and Carol read handwritten vows to each other and wiped away happy tears. After the sweet moment, the couple joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen in the Olive Grove for group pictures, then lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Carol and Brian’s guest book, then took a seat. Lilac, peach, lime, white, and baby pink flowers marked the back of the aisle and were situated atop white pillars at the head. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their friends and family, Brian and Carol recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Whiskey Sour and Aperol Spritz signature drinks were served at the bar while tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes made their rounds. Everyone knows it’s no cocktail hour at Grand Gimeno without fresh pizza! Guests lined up at the pizza counter for slices of hot-out-of-the-wood-fired-oven Meat Lovers and Burrata Pizzas. Everyone mixed and mingled while the newlyweds posed for photos together as husband and wife, then it was time to head inside for the reception.
Tables were topped with fresh florals, green candlesticks, and matching green table numbers. Carol and Brian made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared while Summer Spinach and Berry Salad was served followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Roasted Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, everyone hit the dance floor. The evening ended with many memories made in the photo booth, fun dance-offs, and lots of well wishes shared with the newlyweds.
