Peachy Spring Wedding at Grand Gimeno
After a first look with the girls, Caroline headed out into Grand Gimeno’s Courtyard where German was waiting for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned German around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a lace wedding dress, smiling from ear to ear. The couple exchanged sweet compliments, then were joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen. The bridesmaids were dressed in pink, and the groomsmen wore black, and together the group smiled for the camera creating memories that would last a lifetime. With plenty of photos captured, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Peach, pink, mustard, and coral floral arrangements lined the aisle and were arranged in tall pillars framing in the ceremony space. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Caroline. In front of all their family and friends, German and Caroline read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Shrimp Ceviche and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons were tray passed while Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Sweet and Salty Pancetta Pizzas were freshly cut and served. Whiskey Sour and French 75 signature drinks were poured at the bar along with beer, wine, and soft drinks as guests mixed and mingled. The bride and groom snuck away from cocktail hour to pose for photos together as husband and wife, and upon their return, it was time for the reception.
Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, printed menus, and flickering candlesticks. As soon as everyone was seated, German and Caroline made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. The first course of Tangerine and Pecan Salad was served as guests began sharing their speeches. Up next, Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Gourmet Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, the couple cut into our Vintage Heart Cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. Before everyone hit the dance floor, Caroline, German, and their families performed a traditional Paebaek while guests watched from the sidelines. After a piggyback ride and sharing a date, the bride and groom invited everyone to join them o the dance floor to dance the night away!
