Pop of Peach and Blue Rose Center Wedding

After tying the knot at their church, Christine and Brian headed over to the Rose Center to continue their wedding celebration with family and friends. Guests were greeted with the delicious smell of our Grilled Flatbread Station and Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts were being tray passed around the courtyard. After signing the bride and groom’s guest book, guests grabbed an hors d’oeuvre and headed to the bar for a drink. Beer, wine, and cocktails were served along with the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Old Fashioned and Mojito. While everyone mixed and mingled, Christine and Brian made their rounds thanking guests for joining them and posing for selfies, and just as the sun began to set, it was time to head inside for reception.

Tables were topped with white linens and pops of fresh floral centerpieces added color to the space. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at the sweetheart table. Short Rib Rotolo Bolzano, Roasted Italian Zucchini, Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms, and Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes were served while friends and family shared toasts. The menu was selected by Brian and Christine with help from our event specialist, Selena. After toasts, the newlyweds cut into their two-tiered wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended inside the photo booth posing for pictures and out on the dance floor where guests surrounded the bride and groom in celebration.
