Rainy Evening Wedding at Hangar 21 South

A tap on the shoulder turned Andrew around to see his beautiful bride, Erin, standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress outside of Hangar 21 South. Smiles immediately filled both their faces and compliments were exchanged. The couple read personal, handwritten vows and posed for photos together, then met their bridesmaids and groomsmen on the tarmac for group pictures. The bridesmaids were dressed in red, and the groomsmen were suited up in black. The photographer snapped away capturing unforgettable moments before the group lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the side patio and found their seats facing the stage where red, white, and peach florals decorated gold pillars. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, Erin and Andrew recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Caprese Skewers made their rounds on the tarmac while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Georgia Peach and Moscow Mule. A live mariachi band serenaded everyone until it was time to head inside the hangar for reception.

String lights hung from the ceiling illuminating the tables topped with rust-colored details and fresh floral centerpieces below. Erin and Andrew made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Chicken Marsala, Penne Alla Checca, Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Caesar Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Emily. After dinner, the bride and groom cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a slice. The evening ended with a big group photo and everyone dancing out on the dance floor.
