Romance and Rosettes Wedding at Grand Gimeno in Southern California
Sarah and her bridesmaids popped champagne inside the Powder Room while Brett and his groomsmen suited up inside the Parlor at Grand Gimeno. After the two groups got ready, the bride and groom met in the Courtyard breezeway for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Brett around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. Smiles filled their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged. The couple posed for photos together, then lined up with their wedding party for the ceremony.
Guests made their way into the Olive Grove where the ceremony was set. White florals and greenery marked the back of the aisle and sat overflowing in large vases at the head under the olive trees. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Sarah. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Brett and Sarah read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Tables were draped in white and topped with floral-filled bud vases outside for an al fresco cocktail hour. Guests grabbed slices of Wood Fired Neapolitan and Sweet and Salty Pancetta Pizzas and indulged in tray passed Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons. At the bar, signature French 75 and Skinny Margarita cocktails were served. Everyone mixed and mingled until it was time to head back inside for the wedding reception.
Inside, tables were topped with ivory candles, calla lilies in bud vases, and white and greenery centerpieces. Once guests were seated, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and dinner was served. Guests plated up Pear and Walnut Salad, Tri-Tip Carvery, Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, and Grilled Marinated Vegetables. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, Sarah and Brett cut into our Vintage Heart wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended with the newlyweds singing, playing guitar, and dancing with their loved ones.
