Romantic Black and White Wedding at Hangar 21 South

Courtney and Ryan met inside Hangar 21 South for their first look while their wedding party waited nearby. A tap of the shoulder turned Ryan around and sweet smiles immediately filled both the bride and groom’s face. The couple took turns reading handwritten vows, then were joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group pictures before guests arrived. The groomsmen and bridesmaids were dressed in black, so both the bride and groom really stood out in white. Photos were taken and memories were created, then the group lined up for ceremony.

White floral arrangements lined the aisle and matching flowers created a ceremony arch on stage. Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book then took a seat. Once everyone had arrived, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of their closest friends and family, Ryan and Courtney recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Black and white details decorated the tarmac for cocktail hour. Guests were treated to tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas, Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, and Vegan Artichoke Hearts along with signature Cadillac Margarita and Carajilos drinks at the bar. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds headed to the helicopter for their flight over Orange County. Upon their return, the hangar doors opened for reception.

Tables were topped with candlesticks and white floral centerpieces to stick with the black and white theme. Courtney and Ryan shared their first dance then took their seats at their sweetheart table just in time for toasts. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Wild Cherry Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. Guests shared toasts while everyone enjoyed dinner, then the bride and groom cut into their wedding cake and unveiled our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of raspberry chocolate decadence cakes, fresh fruit tarts, vanilla bean chocolate eclairs, mango and passion fruit macarons, and French apple tarts. After fueling up with something sweet, everyone hit the dance floor. Light sticks waved in the air while guests showed off their best moves, and in the blink of an eye, it was time for the send-off. Sparklers surrounded Courtney and Ryan as they headed out of the venue and into their happily ever after.
