Romantic Floral Grand Gimeno Wedding in the Spring

Janice and Johnson met in the Grand Gimeno Foyer for their first look on the morning of their wedding. A tap on the shoulder turned Johnson around to see his beautiful bride standing before him and happy tears immediately filled their eyes. Compliments and heartfelt vows were shared, then the bride and groom went to the opposite end of the Foyer for their tea ceremony where red drapery and matching florals decorated the space. Family took turns with the couple where cash, jewelry, and well wishes were shared before the larger ceremony outside.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Soft pink, peach, and ivory floral arrangements marked the front and back of the aisle creating a romantic wedding ceremony setting. As soon as everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Janice. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Old Fashioned and Paloma signature drinks were served at the bar, Mediterranean Veggie, Neapolitan, and Classic Pepperoni pizzas were cut fresh from the pizza oven, and Mini Al Pastor Tacos and Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites were tray passed during cocktail hour. Everyone mixed and mingled across the Olive Grove and fun games of Connect Four and cornhole were played to pass the time. As soon as the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for the reception.

Bud vases filled with peach and pink florals ran down the center of every table and taupe candlesticks added an ambient glow. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their floral-filled sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Filet Mignon Carvery, Chicken Marsala, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Pear and Walnut Salad were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner the couple cut into our flat iced red velvet wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, Tiramisu Dessert Shots, and Spumoni Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
