Romantic Garden Inspired Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Kyle and Michelle got ready inside the Powder Room and Parlor, then met in the Olive Grove for their first look. A tap of the shoulder turned Kyle around and tears immediately filled his eyes. An emotional exchange between the bride and groom was shared and sweet compliments were exchanged. Their wedding party joined them for group pictures around the venue, then they all lined up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived and signed Kyle and Michelle’s guest book then took a seat. Two tall floral pillars marked the front of the aisle and matching arrangements decorated the back. As soon as everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. Kyle became teary-eyed as he watched Michelle walk towards him down the aisle and guests watched in awe. In front of their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons were tray passed and the bar was serving up Bay Breeze and Moscow Mule signature drinks for cocktail hour. Guests mixed and mingled while the newlyweds were off posing for pictures as husband and wife. Upon their return, it was time for reception.

Tables were topped in romantic garden florals and stone table numbers helped guide guests to their assigned seats. Michelle and Kyle made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. The first course of Pear and Walnut Salad was served followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Grilled Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. Friends and family shared toasts and glasses clinked in the air after each speech ended, then the newlyweds cut into their 2-tier almond cake with chocolate mousse filling for dessert. While a little something sweet was enjoyed, guests played games that had everyone in the room participating. The games were so interactive that the bride and groom knew people would work up a late-night appetite. For that reason, they decided to surprise their guests with Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites and Mini Ahi Tacos. The evening ended with lots of pictures taken in the photo booth and plenty of dancing out on the dance floor.
