Romantic Los Angeles Wedding at Forme

After tying the knot at their local church, Louie and Abigail headed to Forme to continue the celebration! Upon arrival, the wedding party posed together for photos in the courtyard. The bridesmaids were dressed in red wine-colored attire and the groomsmen wore navy blue and together they paraded around the venue with the bride and groom. As soon as guests began arriving, the bridesmaids and groomsmen joined them for cocktail hour while Louie and Abigail finished up newlywed photos. A frosted acrylic sign and welcome table ushered guests into the courtyard space. After dropping off gifts and signing the couple’s guestbook, everyone was greeted by refreshing drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes with Mango Papaya Salsa were tray passed while the bar was serving up the bride and groom’s signature cocktails, a Mint Julep and Sex on the Beach. Guests mixed and mingled and relaxed on the boho-inspired lounge furniture until it was time to go inside for the reception.

A frosted acrylic seating chart with red roses told guests their assigned tables, and everyone made their way through our black framed sliding doors. Tables were draped in ivory linen and greenery and peach floral garland ran the length of each table. Once everyone was seated, Louie and Abigail made their grand entrance into their first dance. Family and friends cheered them on as they took a seat at their flower filled sweetheart table, then dinner was served. First, Pear & Walnut Salad was distributed to each guest while toasts were being shared. The next course was from our Dual Entrée Menu and included Chicken Chevre and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Heirloom Carrots and Jasmine Rice. Up next, the newlyweds cut into their white wedding cake with strawberry crème filling and invited everyone to indulge in our Latin Dessert Station and All American Dessert Station which housed an assortment of Tres Leches Cakes, Mini Custard Flan, Coconut Macaroons, Dulce de Leche Chocolate Tarts, Mexican Wedding Cookies S’more Macarons, Gourmet Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Strawberry Shortcakes, and Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. The remainder of the evening was spent out on the dance floor where the bride and groom showed off their best moves and made lasting memories with friends and family.
