Romantic Outdoor Spring Wedding at Grand Gimeno in Orange, California

From tea ceremony to last dance, Shirley, Ed, and their friends and family celebrated a beautiful spring wedding filled with meaningful traditions, thoughtful details, and plenty of good food and drinks. A romantic palette of blush pinks and mossy greens set the scene, with hydrangeas, Juliet roses, and tulips carried throughout the ceremony and reception. Guests sipped on Tokyo Tea, Irish Mules, and Pineapple Margaritas from a specialty rental modern peach bar before finding their seats at a scallop-detailed wedding seating chart. The wedding menu featured tray-passed Sesame Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls and Sticky Pork Belly Bites along with Wood-Fired Meat Lovers Pizza and Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza from the pizza oven during cocktail hour. Dinner brought flavorful plates of Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs, Hot Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon, Chow Mein, Broccolini Spears, and Asian Cucumber Salad. To keep the celebration going, the bride and groom surprised their guests with our Mini Corn Dogs for a late-night bite before the final dance.
