Romantic Seafoam and Pink Garden Party Wedding at Serra Plaza
Jordan and her bridesmaids finished getting ready inside Serra Plaza’s Bridal Suite while Chris and his groomsmen posed for group photos off-site, awaiting the bridal party’s arrival. After a few snaps in the suite, the girls headed to the secondary location meeting up with the groom and his groomsmen. First, Chris and Jordan shared their first look, then the couple posed together with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. The bridesmaids were dressed in shades of pink, and the groomsmen wore black. Smiles were shared and memories were created before the group headed back to Serra Plaza for the ceremony.
Guests dropped off their gifts, grabbed a glass of champagne, and headed into the Serra Plaza Courtyard where live string music filled the air. Sparkling chandeliers hung above garden bistro chairs, and green and pink flowers were arranged to decorate the space. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Jordan. Joined together in front of all their closest friends and family, Jordan and Chris read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Champagne-colored linens draped tables inside the Lounge and on the Hidden Terrace. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts were tray passed while the bar served up Skinny Margarita and Espresso Martini signature drinks. A modern, seafoam green lounge offered additional seating for guests during cocktail hour, and additional romantic and whimsical touches brought everything together. After lots of mixing and mingling, everyone checked the seating chart and headed back outside for the reception.
Tables were draped in ivory and topped with fresh green and pink floral centerpieces. A white dance floor was positioned under Serra Plaza’s chandeliers and bordered by the reception tables and an ivory and seafoam lounge. Chris and Jordan made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their serpentine head table. Our Ultimate Caesar Salad was served while toasts were shared, followed by plates of Frenched Chicken with Roasted Parsnips, Wild Mushrooms, and Bloomsdale Spinach, Braised Short Ribs with Parmesan Polenta, Fried Shallots, and Broccoli De Ciccio, and Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Pasta. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner everyone hit the dance floor to show off their best moves. The cake was cut, guests indulged in dessert, and well wishes were shared with the newlyweds as the evening came to a close.
