Something Sage Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Vanessa and David got ready in the Powder Room and Parlor at Grand Gimeno, shared personal vows in the Foyer, then headed to Christ Cathedral where they officially tied the knot. After the ceremony, everyone headed back to Grand Gimeno to continue the celebration. Tables draped in ivory linens were sprinkled around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed tray passed Caprese Skewers, Beef Picadillo Empanadas, Palomas, and Irish Mules while the newlyweds wandered around the venue posing for pictures as husband and wife. After mixing and mingling, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with tall greenery and colorful floral centerpieces. David and Vanessa made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at the sweetheart table. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served while guests shared toasts. Chicken Chevre and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Roasted Broccolini and Roasted Parsnip Puree followed. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the couple bit into our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes and invited their guests to also indulge in the dessert station. Fueled with a little something sweet, everyone headed out to the dance floor to show off their moves. The energy never stopped, and after many photos in the photo booth and tons of dancing, the bride and groom surprised their guests with Mini Corn Dogs and Meat Lovers Mini Pizzas as a late night snack before everyone headed home. Well wishes were shared and the newlyweds were sent off in a sea of cheers.
