Spring White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Stacy and her bridesmaids popped champagne while getting ready inside the Powder Room at Grand Gimeno while Daniel and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. With shoes on and accessories added, the bride and groom stepped out into the breezeway for their first look. On three, Daniel turned around to see his beautiful wife standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding gown holding a bouquet of white flowers. The couple shared sweet compliments, then were joined by their wedding party for group pictures. The groomsmen and bridesmaids stood next to Daniel and Stacy, and everyone smiled for the camera until it was time to line up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Stacy and Daniel’s guest book, then took a seat. Fresh white and green floral arrangements marked the front and back of the aisle and string lights hung above. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Stacy. Together in front of all their friends and family, Daniel and Stacy recited vows, exchanged rings, and shared a kiss as guests cheered from their chairs.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed while the oven was turning out wood-fired pizzas for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. The newlywed’s signature drinks, a Whiskey Sour and Tequila Sunrise, were popular picks at the bar along with beer and wine. Everyone mixed and mingled until the sun began to set, then headed inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with bud vases filled with dainty flowers and modern table numbers helped guests find their seats. Stacy and Daniel made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Santorini, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Casey. While everyone enjoyed dinner, family and friends shared toasts. Afterwards, a white wedding cake with cappuccino creme filling was cut and guests were invited to indulge in a piece. The evening ended with fun, interactive games and plenty of dancing out on the dance floor.
