Terracotta and Blush Floral Wedding at Serra Plaza in San Juan Capistrano

Rita and Alex met in the Serra Plaza Courtyard for their first look on the afternoon of their wedding day. A tap on the shoulder turned Alex around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a lace off-the-shoulder wedding dress. Happy tears filled both their eyes as sweet compliments were shared between the couple. After the intimate moment, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony as guests began arriving.

Terracotta and white flowers lined the wedding ceremony aisle, and matching flowers decorated the Spanish Fountain at the head. Once all the guests were seated, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Alex and Rita read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed around the Lounge and Hidden Terrace while the bar served up Classic Margarita and Moscow Mule signature drinks. As a special treat for guests, the bride and groom ordered our Bao Station. Bulgogi Beef Bao and Braised Pork Belly Bao were assembled live for hungry guests to enjoy while mixing and mingling. At the end of cocktail hour, everyone checked the seating chart and headed back to the Courtyard for the wedding reception.

Tables were topped with ivory linens and napkins, white and terracotta floral centerpieces, and blush and gold table numbers. Rita and Alex made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Grilled Panzanella Salad was served followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Grilled Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into our Rustic Horizontal Stripe White Chocolate Raspberry Cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Tastes of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua Da Cream Puffs, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best dance moves and sharing their well wishes with Rita and Alex.
