Terracotta and Mauve Serra Plaza Wedding

Janay and Alex met upstairs at Serra Plaza for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Alex around to see his beautiful bride standing before him and smiles filled both their faces. Sweet compliments were exchanged, and the couple posed for a few photos then headed down to join their wedding party. The bridesmaids were dressed in blush, coral, and sage, and the groomsmen wore black. Together the group smiled for the camera creating lasting memories caught on film. After pictures, they all lined up for the ceremony.

Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book and took a seat in the courtyard. Floral arrangements lined the aisle and decorated the Spanish fountain backdrop. Once everyone had arrived, a live band began playing and the wedding party made their entrances. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, Alex and Janay read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests gathered in the lounge for cocktail hour where Caprese Skewers with Pesto, Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons were tray passed. The bar was serving beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Kentucky Mule and Hugo Spritz. Everyone mixed and mingled while the bride and groom posed for pictures with family, then it was time for dinner.

Tables were topped with blush, terracotta, and white floral centerpieces and gold table numbers that ushered guests to the appropriate seats. Janay and Alex made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Marsala, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms, Roasted Broccolini, and Caesar Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. Toasts were shared and the cake was cut and served. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and celebrating with the bride and groom.
