Topa Mountain Winery Asado Rehearsal Dinner

The pink moment is famous in Ojai at sunset for casting tones of lavender, pink and peach over the Ojai Valley from light bouncing off the Topatopa Mountains. This beautiful view set the tone for Brian and Erika’s rehearsal dinner at Topa Mountain Winery where Jay’s catered their Asado Menu. Boho and rustic décor like peacock chairs, wooden tables and benches and pampas grass decorated the patio area where guests would dine al fresco under pink skies. Choripan and Empanadas with chimichurri were tray passed while the Costillar al Asador finished cooking over open flame. Topa Mountain Winery poured invitees offerings from their wine menu whilst the last cuts of meat were finishing on the grill. Once all the asado items were complete, guests filled their plates with Entrana, Chorizo, Ojo de Bife, Mollejas, Tomato and Onion Salad, Potato, Egg and Mustard Salad and Parrillada de Verduras and casually sat to enjoy their meals. Toasts to the bride and groom were shared and the evening ended with delectable Caramel Custard Flan.
